This chemical composition comprises of Silicon (Si) proportion is 0.08 max, Chromium (Cr) proportion is 19.5 to 20.5, Carbon (C) proportion is 0.02 max, Nickel (Ni) proportion is 17.5 to 18.5, Iron (Fe) proportion is balanced, Nitrogen (N) proportion is 0.18 to 0.22, Cerium (Ce) proportion is 0.03 to 0.08, Manganese (Mn) proportion is 1.00 max, Phosphorus (P) proportion is 0.03 max, Sulfur (S) proportion is 0.01 max. SMO 254 ERW Pipes has massive strength which is the most important feature for which it’s in huge demand. Its mechanical attributes have its grade is SS 254 SMO with the tensile strength is 650 (MPa) min. Its Hardness in Brinell (HB) max is 270 whereas its Rockwell B (HR B) max is 50.
